• Can he articulate tangible benefits (time and cost)?  Yes, all advertising points to the roofing portal where potential clients are converted to qualified buyers who may submit detailed information delivered to my blackberry.  Since quote requests are in real time, response time is instant; followup by phone and in person saves both time and gas.
